Rebecca Nugent

From one small island to another, Rebecca, originally from Ireland, now lives in Taiwan. After studying International Business and Chinese in university, a love of different cultures and travelling grew for Rebecca. Having spent 3 years in China between studying and working, travelling quickly became one of Rebecca’s biggest passions and she now uses Taiwan’s ‘heart of Asia’ location to pursue this passion. From completing a TEFL course and teaching ESL for 3 years in both Beijing and Taipei, while also being able to travel the world, Rebecca hopes to encourage others with a similar interest in travelling and experiencing different cultures, to start their own ESL journey too.
